Škofljica's Kristian Ferjan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quirinus Žohar in the 33rd minute of play. If Din Reš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Dragoslav Tehovnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johan Sopotnik kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Marijan Blažević took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Ferjan. Kristian Ferjan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 92nd minute, Dragoslav Tehovnik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vincenc Zrnić. The goal made the score 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vojnik had won after a very even match.
