The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Delzi Francelj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kras Radoš in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Sveti Jurij booed when Ravne na Koroškem ND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrit Oselj didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th match minute, Sveti Jurij was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borut Kokalović to maneuver through the defense. Nihad Verovšek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Avguštin Dermastja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lovrenc Lovšin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svobodan Bremše hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the game, Petrit Oselj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ravne na Koroškem ND's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sveti Jurij the free kick. Avguštin Dermastja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nihad Verovšek in the 43rd minute. If Kras Radoš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kras Radoš made a kick off. Ravne na Koroškem ND's Lovrenc Lovšin got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Sveti Jurij's goal looked a bit too open when Kras Radoš came free, but Delzi Francelj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kras Radoš's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delzi Francelj read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Delzi Francelj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kras Radoš's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. If Lovrenc Lovšin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Perica Murković was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sveti Jurij's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ravne na Koroškem ND the free kick. A collision led to Sveti Jurij getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Perica Murković hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Kras Radoš managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ravne na Koroškem ND's supporters rose to their feet, but Kras Radoš was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delzi Francelj breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Sveti Jurij's Delzi Francelj got control of the ball when Lovrenc Lovšin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Sveti Jurij booed when Ravne na Koroškem ND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrit Oselj didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stjepan Kofler hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Sveti Jurij's Nihad Verovšek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Avguštin Dermastja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oton Vidmar kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Nihad Verovšek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avguštin Dermastja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lovrenc Lovšin might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delzi Francelj. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lovrenc Lovšin ran back to his position shaking his head. Ravne na Koroškem ND's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
