With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enver Okršlar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 39 minutes of play, Patriots FC's Egidio Jeršin made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Goražd Mavrič was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egidio Jeršin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Patriots FC's Egidio Jeršin in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Vuzenica booed when Patriots FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendon Trontelj didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enver Okršlar made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lojzek Ravnjak sent off a good shot on target. Patriots FC's Enver Okršlar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Patriots FC from getting a goal against them. When Patriots FC's Egidio Jeršin in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Patriots FC had played much better football throughout.
