Anžej Aćimović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demirhan Hızır in the 70th minute. Leonard Zima might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anžej Aćimović. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Zima ran back to his position shaking his head. 74 minutes into the match, Semič's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Zima came free, but Anžej Aćimović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Semič defense, Denis Pišek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anžej Aćimović. The Semič fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anžej Aćimović should have stopped the shot. Vyacheslav Zaitsev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fadil Japelj's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the game, Karl Lopert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. adidas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Semič the free kick. The supporters of Semič booed when adidas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Lopert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fadil Japelj's late challenge caught a adidas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fadil Japelj helped the player get up and apologised. Demirhan Hızır struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Anžej Aćimović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for adidas. When the final whistle sounded adidas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Semič.
