In the 19th minute, Domen Reisp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Mislovič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jozo Hočevar having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Radlje ob Dravi NK's Daniel Mislovič sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jozo Hočevar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lendavske gorice's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Domen Reisp 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Rupert Povše scored 4-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvano Borko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Domen Reisp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lendavske gorice players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
