When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Medard Štefančič made a kick off. Val Gostojić got his second yellow card in the match during the 53rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 54th match minute, Greenhorns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Val Gostojić to maneuver through the defense. After 58 minutes of play, grajska's Matic Mešić made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrik Osterman was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Greenhorns booed when grajska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakov Dobravc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Greenhorns's Inot Petrič got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Sergej Zdešar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but grajska's Darej Vardjan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samed Krušič hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the game, Sergej Zdešar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Darej Vardjan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. grajska's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
