Spectators: 7789 (Terracing: 5885, Seating: 1804, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ognjeslav Švarc kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Prevalje FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Omejec came free, but Lorenco Grušovnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Prevalje FC! The referee gave nk selnica a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jeronimo Rik, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Prevalje FC's Lorenco Grušovnik. 1-0. In the 28th minute Emil Omejec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenco Grušovnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roni Osredkar hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Rik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Ognjeslav Švarc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Prevalje FC's zone, Jeronimo Rik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenco Grušovnik came out of the goal and Jeronimo Rik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vojko Bernard charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vojko Bernard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Prevalje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vojko Bernard to maneuver through the defense.

With a little luck, nk selnica's Karl Eckegren got control of the ball when Darko Vihernik tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Darko Vihernik came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Prevalje FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darko Vihernik couldn't finish the play. If Emil Omejec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Rik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenco Grušovnik. Prevalje FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Rik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Emil Omejec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenco Grušovnik having to interfere. Emil Omejec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. nk selnica made a substitution. Marijan Groznik replaced Matevž Rola. Karl Eckegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ognjeslav Švarc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenco Grušovnik came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by nk selnica's Emil Omejec. But to his dismay, Emil Omejec quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. nk selnica fully deserved thier win.
