Spectators: 7761 (Terracing: 5822, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) Dominik Greifoner made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Sašo Ferizović notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Miren-Kostanjevica NK's Hotimir Vrečko. Hotimir Vrečko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Aljoša Franko came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the FC ANIMATORS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aljoša Franko couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Nejc Pečnik managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ANIMATORS's supporters rose to their feet, but Nejc Pečnik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hotimir Vrečko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aljoša Franko in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hotimir Vrečko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, FC ANIMATORS's Nejc Pečnik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hotimir Vrečko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Miren-Kostanjevica NK's goal looked a bit too open when Aljoša Franko came free, but Hotimir Vrečko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes, Evgenij Mrvar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miren-Kostanjevica NK and the FC ANIMATORS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Evgenij Mrvar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Hotimir Vrečko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aljoša Franko in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Victorio Hechter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC ANIMATORS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miren-Kostanjevica NK the free kick. A collision led to FC ANIMATORS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Victorio Hechter hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Miren-Kostanjevica NK's goalkeeper Hotimir Vrečko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aljoša Franko. Evgenij Mrvar kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Viktor Urbanc might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bo Chamberlain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viktor Urbanc ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Nejc Pečnik notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Miren-Kostanjevica NK's Hotimir Vrečko. Hotimir Vrečko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 37 minutes of play FC ANIMATORS's Victorio Hechter was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 38 played minutes FC ANIMATORS got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Hechter. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aljoša Franko in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hotimir Vrečko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ira Repnik during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aljoša Franko to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Miren-Kostanjevica NK's goal looked a bit too open when Aljoša Franko came free, but Hotimir Vrečko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aljoša Franko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Hotimir Vrečko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, FC ANIMATORS's Sašo Ferizović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hotimir Vrečko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Aljoša Franko struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Hotimir Vrečko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ANIMATORS. Dan Uchiha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hotimir Vrečko having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Djordjo Peterka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Aljoša Franko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nejc Pečnik took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hotimir Vrečko. Hotimir Vrečko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Aljoša Franko managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ANIMATORS's supporters rose to their feet, but Aljoša Franko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hotimir Vrečko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nejc Pečnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Aljoša Franko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hotimir Vrečko having to interfere. Dan Uchiha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hotimir Vrečko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Djordjo Peterka hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aljoša Franko in the 96th minute of play forced Miren-Kostanjevica NK's goalkeeper Hotimir Vrečko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sašo Ferizović, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 98th minute, Djordjo Peterka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the FC ANIMATORS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
