The referee felt a red card was in order, 15 minutes into the game, when Slaviša Pevec put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Underworld:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vojsko NK:s goal. Ažbe Čamernik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darian Ferjan having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Vojsko NK's goalkeeper Darian Ferjan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zlatko Rajovec. The audience was convinced that Zlatko Rajovec's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Darian Ferjan was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Underworld's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ažbe Čamernik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th match minute, Underworld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatko Rajovec to maneuver through the defense. Davide Črep was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Deniz Hofferle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 94 minute of play. Although Underworld had been in control for most of the match, Vojsko NK still came away with the win.
