Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Ormož MNK's Kras Vrečar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabit Kržin got free with Jerko Urbanc in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Karim Murg fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ormož MNK's protests and gave Karim Murg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Karim Murg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Ludovik Glavnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krištof Kuder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Narciz Šivak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerko Urbanc skillfully saved the ball. Sabit Kržin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerko Urbanc having to interfere. Jerko Urbanc came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ormož MNK's Sabit Kržin. But to his dismay, Sabit Kržin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kras Vrečar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jerko Urbanc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Italo Fluher hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Naklo's goal looked a bit too open when Kras Vrečar came free, but Jerko Urbanc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes of play, Ormož MNK's Sabit Kržin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerko Urbanc was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes in the game, Kras Vrečar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jerko Urbanc having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Draš Ramšak made a kick off. Sabit Kržin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Naklo's goal looked a bit too open when Sabit Kržin came free, but Jerko Urbanc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Draš Ramšak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Krištof Kuder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Leopold Sušnik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krištof Kuder. Ormož MNK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopold Sušnik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Karim Murg was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 81 played minutes Ormož MNK got a freekick which was hit by Karim Murg. The Naklo fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Naklo's Draš Ramšak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Draš Ramšak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ormož MNK booed when Naklo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Polde Lavrinc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerko Urbanc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabit Kržin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Sabit Kržin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludovik Glavnik in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Krištof Kuder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Krištof Kuder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludovik Glavnik in the 101st minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
