In the 6th minute, Slovenska Bistrica FC's Claudio Kisilak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 9th minute of the match Arnaldo Ježek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albis Jankovič showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Argio Dobravc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Slovenska Bistrica FC booed when Portins Cf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izak Malovrh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argio Dobravc might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tibor Iglič. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Argio Dobravc ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Portins Cf's Argio Dobravc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tibor Iglič narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Portins Cf got a freekick which was hit by Izak Malovrh. If Claudio Kisilak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 35 minutes, Argio Dobravc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portins Cf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argio Dobravc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute Claudio Kisilak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albis Jankovič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Portins Cf's goalkeeper Albis Jankovič, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 52nd minute Claudio Kisilak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albis Jankovič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albis Jankovič didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Kisilak went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute Jani Herman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Iglič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argio Dobravc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Slovenska Bistrica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gusti Križnik to maneuver through the defense. Argio Dobravc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Iglič having to interfere. Tomi Krebelj took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albis Jankovič. Albis Jankovič dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Portins Cf's Albis Jankovič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Kisilak in the 86th minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, Slovenska Bistrica FC's Adem Pere made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albis Jankovič was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Slovenska Bistrica FC had won after a very even match.
