Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Pustotnik kicked off to start the match. Milenko Milošević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Oton Junuzović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernhard Bubnič in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zmago Žabkar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Neđad Grajzar kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Bernhard Bubnič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zmago Žabkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akvarij's Zmago Žabkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pustotnik in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ig MNK's Gavrilo Cerkvenik got a free kick in the 26th minute. Bernhard Bubnič struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Zmago Žabkar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ig MNK. Fabijan Brenčič's late challenge caught a Akvarij's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernhard Bubnič recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulas Žigon to make the kick off. Zmago Žabkar was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Daniel Pustotnik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
