Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Smail Camlek started the match with the kick off. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Dol pri Ljubljani's Smail Camlek in the 7th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ignacij Štinjek was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Slovenj Gradec through an amazing save. Venancij Babić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Ignacij Štinjek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Slovenj Gradec's goalkeeper Ignacij Štinjek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juš Leban. Ignacij Štinjek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Smail Camlek's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. If Juš Leban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 25 minutes, Juš Leban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dol pri Ljubljani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juš Leban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juš Leban got free with Ignacij Štinjek in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Smail Camlek in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacij Štinjek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, Slovenj Gradec's goal looked a bit too open when Smail Camlek came free, but Ignacij Štinjek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juš Leban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Smail Camlek in the 44th minute of play forced Slovenj Gradec's goalkeeper Ignacij Štinjek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th minute, Dol pri Ljubljani's Smail Camlek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ignacij Štinjek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Smail Camlek in the 65th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Dol pri Ljubljani's Juš Leban made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ignacij Štinjek was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Slovenj Gradec defense, Juš Leban kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacij Štinjek. The Slovenj Gradec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacij Štinjek should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the game, Dol pri Ljubljani's Smail Camlek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacij Štinjek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Ignacij Štinjek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juš Leban, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Smail Camlek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Smail Camlek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacij Štinjek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacij Štinjek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juš Leban, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Slovenj Gradec's Ignacij Štinjek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juš Leban in the 83rd minute of play. When Dol pri Ljubljani's Juš Leban in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Smail Camlek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ignacij Štinjek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
