Spectators: 6811 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1811, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rikardo Turk got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Laško's zone, Celestin Purgar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matic Hvastija came out of the goal and Celestin Purgar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucijan Kovačević made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Šefko Čižman in the 10th minute of play. If Milija Jesenšek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celestin Purgar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matic Hvastija having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Rogatec's goalkeeper Lucijan Kovačević had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milija Jesenšek. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Šefko Čižman took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Lucijan Kovačević to make any attempt to save it. Vojimir Raković hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Šefko Čižman came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Laško fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Šefko Čižman couldn't finish the play. Celestin Purgar charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestin Purgar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albert Stanič kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Matic Hvastija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestin Purgar in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Vojimir Raković hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Matic Hvastija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikardo Turk in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Laško booed when Rogatec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vojimir Raković didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Albert Stanič fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laško's protests and gave Albert Stanič a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Laško got a freekick which was hit by Albert Stanič. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikardo Turk in the 71st minute of play forced Laško's goalkeeper Matic Hvastija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Rogatec getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Vojimir Raković hit a great ball. The supporters of Rogatec booed when Laško was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvatore Račečič didn't get a good kick on the ball. Metod Črepinšek took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matic Hvastija. Laško's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 80th minute, Rikardo Turk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milija Jesenšek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Lucijan Kovačević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Laško's Milija Jesenšek in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rogatec's goalie prevented a goal. In the 92nd minute, Laško's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rikardo Turk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 93 played minutes Laško got a freekick which was hit by Damijan Pepel. Laško were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rogatec for a fine match.
