Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1796, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Robi Bele took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robi Bele in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rilind Trdina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th match minute, Duplek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Petrović to maneuver through the defense. If Amedeo Aleš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Kobarid's Luca Stojanović got control of the ball when Evgenij Schoss tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 played minutes Kobarid got a freekick which was hit by Suad Rauter. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kobarid's goalkeeper Luca Stojanović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evgenij Schoss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Luca Stojanović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Luca Stojanović managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Duplek's Anđelo Špindler fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes into the match, Kobarid's Robi Bele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rilind Trdina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Amedeo Aleš left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kobarid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Robi Bele managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kobarid's supporters rose to their feet, but Robi Bele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rilind Trdina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kobarid's Robi Bele got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Kobarid got a freekick which was hit by Loris Dobrajc. After the first half Kobarid were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evgenij Schoss made a kick off. A collision led to Duplek getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Anđelo Špindler hit a great ball. Amedeo Aleš struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Rilind Trdina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kobarid. Duplek's Rilind Trdina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Duplek from getting a goal against them. Luca Stojanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evgenij Schoss in the 74th minute of play. If Robi Bele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robi Bele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duplek's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Amedeo Aleš scored to the left of an out of position Rilind Trdina, making the score, 0-3. Amedeo Aleš recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kobarid played a much better game than Duplek and deserved their victory. The Duplek players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
