Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Boyan Krašovic started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lojze Završan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lejs Pelan in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute Lejs Pelan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lojze Završan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12th play minutes Lejs Pelan shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Lojze Završan and just under the crossbar into goal. Slavoljub Videmšek succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 15th playminute. 22 minutes into the match, Hrpelje-Kozina's goal looked a bit too open when Lejs Pelan came free, but Lojze Završan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hrpelje-Kozina's Marino Venek got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Hrpelje-Kozina booed when Dekani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andželin Osterman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Todor Živič sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matko Miklavčič skillfully saved the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Dekani's goal looked a bit too open when Boyan Krašovic came free, but Matko Miklavčič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Slavoljub Videmšek fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 38th minute, Todor Živič hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slavoljub Videmšek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Lojze Završan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 46th minute Henrik Šipelj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matko Miklavčič saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lejs Pelan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hrpelje-Kozina's Lojze Završan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lejs Pelan in the 52nd minute of play. Boyan Krašovic received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matko Miklavčič came out and tried to block the shot, but Boyan Krašovic slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 57th minute. Dekani's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Boyan Krašovic scored to the left of an out of position Matko Miklavčič, making the score, 2-2. Mišo Šavora kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Dekani's goal looked a bit too open when Juš Andrin came free, but Matko Miklavčič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slavoljub Videmšek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boyan Krašovic who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Matko Miklavčič when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Boyan Krašovic got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Dekani defense, Marino Venek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matko Miklavčič. The Dekani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matko Miklavčič should have stopped the shot. Hrpelje-Kozina's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
