But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vane Poteko couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Albin Kolar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrej Matjaž was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After 41 minutes of play, Fighters and Defenders's Nedeljko Bilanče made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ante Tepe was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Albin Kolar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrej Matjaž having to make a save. Vanja Cenkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ante Tepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ante Tepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vanja Cenkar in the 61st minute of play. Vanja Cenkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ante Tepe having to interfere. A collision led to Tabor getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Tjaž Kozmus hit a great ball. Vanja Cenkar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tabor's zone, Vilko Kokot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ante Tepe came out of the goal and Vilko Kokot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ante Tepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vanja Cenkar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Vanja Cenkar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ante Tepe. Tabor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vanja Cenkar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Andrej Matjaž didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tabor's Albin Kolar shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. If Albin Kolar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tabor were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Fighters and Defenders to leave the ground with a draw.
