Spectators: 7972 (Terracing: 5980, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) Mevlin Pečar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Filip Dragan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Radgona MNK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Filip Dragan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Čuš having to interfere. Miklavž Berdavs hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Dobje's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Dragan came free, but Ion Čuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Damjan Kunej shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Čuš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Damjan Kunej had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Kodre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mevlin Pečar in the 25th minute of the match. Ailen Radunović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ailen Radunović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giovanni Kodre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Mevlin Pečar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Giovanni Kodre. Mevlin Pečar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Mevlin Pečar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dobje's Ailen Radunović got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giovanni Kodre made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ailen Radunović sent off a good shot on target. Ion Čuš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damjan Kunej, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 minutes, Maks Mrvar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dobje and the Radgona MNK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dobje's Maks Mrvar got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Filip Dragan made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Goce Hauptman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute of the match Gerhard Brumen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovanni Kodre skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Ion Čuš managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Radgona MNK's Damjan Kunej fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ion Čuš took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Dragan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mevlin Pečar in the 60th minute of play forced Radgona MNK's goalkeeper Giovanni Kodre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Filip Dragan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Damjan Kunej managed to get in a good position for a shot. Radgona MNK's supporters rose to their feet, but Damjan Kunej was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ion Čuš breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ailen Radunović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ion Čuš made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Damjan Kunej sent off a good shot on target. Jane Kopitar's late challenge caught a Dobje's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jane Kopitar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Jane Kopitar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ailen Radunović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Stano Seršen fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Radgona MNK's protests and gave Stano Seršen a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Radgona MNK! If Filip Dragan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, Džan Toni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dobje's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Radgona MNK the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Dobje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Džan Toni to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Dobje's zone, Filip Dragan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ion Čuš came out of the goal and Filip Dragan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filip Dragan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ion Čuš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dobje had won after a very even match.
