Klodian Bažec made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 88thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Borislav Semprimožnik would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 92nd minute, Ilmin Vogrič hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Šempeter pri Gorici FC's Svetislav Tanšek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Borislav Semprimožnik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Šempeter pri Gorici FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
