Modest Kop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvij Kumar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amin Zobec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modest Kop having to interfere. Silvij Kumar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulvijo Lupša took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Čedo Frelih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amin Zobec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modest Kop having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ecij Skubic during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The wind increased when Čedo Frelih made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Begunje FC's zone, Amin Zobec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modest Kop came out of the goal and Amin Zobec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute Silvij Kumar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modest Kop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amin Zobec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Modest Kop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulvijo Lupša made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Panto Grebenc sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd match minute, FC MIRNA UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elijo Špec to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, FC MIRNA UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Čedo Frelih came free, but Fulvijo Lupša reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC MIRNA UNITED's Fulvijo Lupša proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save FC MIRNA UNITED from getting a goal against them. Modest Kop showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvij Kumar, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute, Elijo Špec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Kras Bevk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC MIRNA UNITED's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
