Spectators: 7210 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stjepan Dermastja started the match with the kick off. Brankec Florjanc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Maurizio Majzelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, NK Idrje's Maurizio Majzelj got control of the ball when Oleg Donko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kamenko Kolman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stjepan Dermastja in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, NK GESTAPO's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Terzić came free, but Kamenko Kolman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Brankec Florjanc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Terzić took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamenko Kolman. Kamenko Kolman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 30th match minute, NK Idrje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasim Barič to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, NK GESTAPO's goal looked a bit too open when Alben Žerak came free, but Kamenko Kolman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurizio Majzelj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brankec Florjanc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oleg Donko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brankec Florjanc was the one to do the kick off. Raif Bergelj kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Alben Žerak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. NK GESTAPO's Oleg Donko got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maurizio Majzelj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brankec Florjanc in the 64th minute of the match. NK Idrje's Maurizio Majzelj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadej Zupet in the 65th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Brankec Florjanc made a precise shot to the right of Maurizio Majzelj. NK Idrje's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, NK GESTAPO's Đuro Savenc got a free kick in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Stjepan Dermastja recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kamenko Kolman. Stjepan Dermastja showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 83rd minute Oleg Donko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurizio Majzelj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brankec Florjanc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. NK GESTAPO's Rasti Bolf was substituted for Adrijano Lahajnar. In the 89th minute, Rasti Bolf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stjepan Dermastja in the 90th minute of play forced NK GESTAPO's goalkeeper Kamenko Kolman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd match minute, NK GESTAPO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Đuro Savenc to maneuver through the defense. Kamenko Kolman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raif Bergelj in the 93rd minute. When NK Idrje's Alben Žerak in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NK GESTAPO's goalie prevented a goal. Despite being the better team, NK GESTAPO failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
