Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Albin Stanišič started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Samo Bavdek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 4 minutes into the game, Norbert Sešek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kočevje FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cerkno MNK the free kick. Norbert Sešek kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Feliks Šenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Stanišič in the 5th minute of play. After 6 played minutes Kočevje FC got a freekick which was hit by Rajmund Dobnikar. Feliks Šenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Stanišič in the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kočevje FC's Kvirin Zgonc got a free kick in the 8th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Albin Stanišič managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cerkno MNK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Stanišič was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliks Šenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Stanišič in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Kočevje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rajmund Dobnikar to maneuver through the defense. Rajmund Dobnikar charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rajmund Dobnikar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kočevje FC's Feliks Šenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Stanišič in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kočevje FC's goalkeeper Feliks Šenk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cerkno MNK's Samo Bavdek got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Albin Stanišič cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Feliks Šenk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ernes Suljkanović made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Norbert Sešek sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the match, Cerkno MNK's goalkeeper Ernes Suljkanović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rajmund Dobnikar. After the first half Cerkno MNK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudio Vurkeljc to strike the kick off in the second half. Ernes Suljkanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rajmund Dobnikar in the 52nd minute of play. Samo Bavdek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliks Šenk having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samo Bavdek in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliks Šenk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Claudio Vurkeljc made a precise shot to the right of Ernes Suljkanović. Cerkno MNK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ernes Suljkanović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Vurkeljc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernes Suljkanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Vurkeljc in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Stanišič in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliks Šenk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Kočevje FC. Tit Markon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ernes Suljkanović. 2-2. A collision led to Kočevje FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Juraj Škrjanc hit a great ball. Kočevje FC's Feliks Šenk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Kočevje FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Kočevje FC's Rajmund Dobnikar got a free kick in the 79th minute. Samo Bavdek might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Šenk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samo Bavdek ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd minute, Juraj Škrjanc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Stanišič during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albin Stanišič hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Feliks Šenk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samo Bavdek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Cerkno MNK booed when Kočevje FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Vurkeljc didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Feliks Šenk managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Cerkno MNK's Albin Stanišič fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Stanišič in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliks Šenk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zvonimir Kelenc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maurizio Rakar hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Ernes Suljkanović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Sešek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
