Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Voranc Polšak in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hajdar Narat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute, Tevž Juršič hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Branivoj Borišek hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. A collision led to Słowenia FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Tevž Juršič hit a great ball. Venceslav Zgonec received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Muharem Mohar came out and tried to block the shot, but Venceslav Zgonec slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Niko Padežnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hajdar Narat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muharem Mohar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venceslav Zgonec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, Słowenia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tevž Juršič to maneuver through the defense. If Lavrenc Dravec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muharem Mohar was a little too slow when Venceslav Zgonec got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-0. Feručo Kebe charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feručo Kebe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Słowenia FC booed when Chelsea Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feručo Kebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niko Padežnik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Branivoj Borišek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hajdar Narat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venceslav Zgonec was the one to do the kick off. Muharem Mohar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venceslav Zgonec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Nejc Grm notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Słowenia FC's Muharem Mohar. Muharem Mohar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Niko Padežnik hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Muharem Mohar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venceslav Zgonec, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Niko Padežnik kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. If Venceslav Zgonec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Venceslav Zgonec notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Słowenia FC's Muharem Mohar. Muharem Mohar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Venceslav Zgonec's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Muharem Mohar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After 92 minutes of play, Chelsea Fc's Venceslav Zgonec made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Muharem Mohar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chelsea Fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Słowenia FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
