In the 9th minute, Brecht Tombeurs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miguel França. The goal made the score 1-1. Miguel França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brecht Tombeurs in the 16th minute of the match. Šempeter GF's attentive 柯默明 managed to snatch the ball when Stevie Ridgeway made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Miguel França made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Arnel Stonič sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Šempeter GF booed when NK MONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mirando Pokovec didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Brecht Tombeurs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel França was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. If Raphael De Lucca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Arnel Stonič notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of NK MONT's Miguel França. Miguel França was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Raphael De Lucca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Almin Knific tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the NK MONT players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Šempeter GF.
