Vilim Lamovšek started the match with the kick off. Vilim Lamovšek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Šeherzad Plesničar hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The nice shot from Vilim Lamovšek in the 15thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Darej Černič had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Lašče ND's goalkeeper Darej Černič had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vilim Lamovšek. 24 minutes into the match, Boško Vukićević notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of NK Dinamo Zagreb's Darej Burnić. Darej Burnić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th match minute, Lašče ND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Tovornik to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilim Lamovšek got free with Darej Černič in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. NK Dinamo Zagreb's Darej Burnić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lev Župec in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, NK Dinamo Zagreb's goal looked a bit too open when Boško Vukićević came free, but Darej Burnić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, NK Dinamo Zagreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joži Pavalec to maneuver through the defense. If Aljaž Končan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darej Burnić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lev Župec in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Boško Vukićević had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Darej Burnić. NK Dinamo Zagreb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boško Vukićević was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The NK Dinamo Zagreb players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lašče ND were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lev Župec stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lev Župec in the 57th minute of play forced NK Dinamo Zagreb's goalkeeper Darej Burnić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NK Dinamo Zagreb's Darej Burnić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save NK Dinamo Zagreb from getting a goal against them. When NK Dinamo Zagreb's Vilim Lamovšek in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Darej Černič came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by NK Dinamo Zagreb's Vilim Lamovšek. But to his dismay, Vilim Lamovšek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. With a little luck, NK Dinamo Zagreb's Darej Burnić got control of the ball when Boško Vukićević tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lašče ND's Ordančo Nerer got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Boško Vukićević could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Darej Burnić however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boško Vukićević in the 88th minute of play forced NK Dinamo Zagreb's goalkeeper Darej Burnić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximilian Ramšak hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute of the match Predrag Koler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Darej Burnić skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Vilim Lamovšek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Dinamo Zagreb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilim Lamovšek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lašče ND walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
