The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. KARDEŠOVA M.S's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when David Volk scored to the left of an out of position Bence Bolla, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Vrhpolje United booed when KARDEŠOVA M.S was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filippo Mirto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, David Volk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, KARDEŠOVA M.S's goalkeeper Bence Bolla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Volk. When David Volk came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Vrhpolje United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Volk couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Kristian Brašanac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferit Çerağ was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. David Volk might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bence Bolla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Volk ran back to his position shaking his head. Bence Bolla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Volk in the 30th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, KARDEŠOVA M.S's Bernd Bohnhorst sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferit Çerağ narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Volk in the 39th minute of play forced KARDEŠOVA M.S's goalkeeper Bence Bolla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by KARDEŠOVA M.S's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tarik Ožir was slow to take the kick. During this time Vrhpolje United's players had a chance to rest. 43 minutes into the match, David Volk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bence Bolla, 2-0. A collision led to Vrhpolje United getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Dario Markon hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kristian Brašanac made a kick off. David Volk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 58 minutes KARDEŠOVA M.S's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tarik Ožir who took care of the corner kick. Vrhpolje United's Tarik Ožir was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bence Bolla in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tarik Ožir charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tarik Ožir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vrhpolje United's Tarik Ožir got a free kick in the 61st minute. Kristian Brašanac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ferit Çerağ made a huge save. David Volk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Volk made a great header on Vrhpolje United's corner, it was just that KARDEŠOVA M.S's Bence Bolla managed to reach the ball for a save. KARDEŠOVA M.S's Bence Bolla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarik Ožir in the 68th minute of play. In the 71stth minute of the game David Volk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KARDEŠOVA M.S's Bence Bolla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tarik Ožir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Bence Bolla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Tarik Ožir made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. KARDEŠOVA M.S's Bence Bolla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 91 minutes, Bernd Bohnhorst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARDEŠOVA M.S and the Vrhpolje United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, KARDEŠOVA M.S's Bernd Bohnhorst got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the referee ended the match the Vrhpolje United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
