Fajteri's Ersan Šokčević was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ferit Çerağ in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kostja Vertot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Volk in the 21st minute of play. Eliseo Mano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferit Çerağ having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Ferit Çerağ successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Fajteri getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ersan Šokčević hit a great ball. Eliseo Mano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferit Çerağ having to make a save. Ferit Çerağ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomas Filipović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ferit Çerağ made a huge save. Ferit Çerağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mano in the 40th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Eliseo Mano made the kick off in the second half.
