Sven-Oskar Springfält made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Joop Post sent off a good shot on target. After 17 minutes, Dan Samuelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oxelösund BK and the Tobbes Gäng players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Oxelösund BK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Dan Samuelsson hit a great ball. Valter Hamberg kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Joop Post received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sven-Oskar Springfält came out and tried to block the shot, but Joop Post slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Nikiforos Kareklas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oxelösund BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobbes Gäng the free kick. After 33 played minutes Oxelösund BK got a freekick which was hit by Nikiforos Kareklas. Sven-Oskar Springfält had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Karl Dahlkvist's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When David Lindblom came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Oxelösund BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Lindblom couldn't finish the play. Oxelösund BK's players were relieved. 45 minutes into the match, Oxelösund BK's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Norström came free, but Sven-Oskar Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joop Post took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Oskar Springfält. Sven-Oskar Springfält dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 53rd minute, Leo Svensson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Oskar Springfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joop Post in the 63rd minute of play forced Oxelösund BK's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Claes Hultstrand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tobbes Gäng's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Hultstrand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Oskar Springfält breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sven-Oskar Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joop Post, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Tobbes Gäng's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joop Post was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobbes Gäng's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
