Tommy Boman came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Sillén slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 14th minute. In the 18th match minute, Hälleforsnäs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conny Kvick to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 24 minutes, Bengt-Rune Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hälleforsnäs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt-Rune Lundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Hälleforsnäs's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Sillén came free, but Tommy Boman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Palmkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Bengt-Rune Lundberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Hälleforsnäs's Anton Hammarström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Felix Ourente. Felix Ourente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. A collision led to Hälleforsnäs getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Bengt-Rune Lundberg hit a great ball. A collision led to Perpa FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Max Björk hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Perpa FC's Gösta Blixt got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Christer Söderström took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Boman. Tommy Boman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The audience was convinced that Bengt-Rune Lundberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Ourente was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Tommy Boman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Sillén in the 76th minute of the match. After 83 minutes of play, Hälleforsnäs's Bengt-Rune Lundberg made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Ourente was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hälleforsnäs eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
