In the 12thth minute of the game Henric Axelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hjältevad's Magnus Bäck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Karl-Ove Alströmer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hjältevad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eriksbo IF the free kick. The supporters of Eriksbo IF booed when Hjältevad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Alströmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henric Axelsson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magnus Bäck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriksbo IF's Stig-Åke Linberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Vennersten in the 28th minute of play. Stig-Åke Linberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Vennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. August Vennersten scored 1-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig-Åke Linberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
