Hjalmar Eriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Kvick, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Martin Askelöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pontus Brolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Kevin Bratt got free with Hjalmar Eriksson in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Kvick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hjalmar Eriksson having to interfere. Claes Lindmark charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Arne Julin got free with Hjalmar Eriksson in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Askelöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pontus Brolin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Kevin Bratt scored 0-5 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hjalmar Eriksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hjalmar Eriksson was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Emanuel Kvick capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emanuel Kvick really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Hällefors's William Bergstedt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hjalmar Eriksson. That made the score 0-7 after 89 minutes of play. When the match was over Hällefors could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Norsjö throughout the match.
