Jonatan Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Tinglöf, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes in the game, Fritz Utfal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Frank Tinglöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Askberg having to interfere. Ingvar Carlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algot Kvick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Anton Andersson in the 31st minute really tested Ingvar Carlsson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fritz Utfal got free with Ingvar Carlsson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fritz Utfal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Ingvar Carlsson made a huge save. After some careless play in the Brunskog FF defense, Frank Tinglöf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonatan Askberg. The Brunskog FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatan Askberg should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredrik Åberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fritz Utfal took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ingvar Carlsson. Ingvar Carlsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Brunskog FF's goalkeeper Jonatan Askberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Tinglöf. Fredrik Åberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jonatan Askberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brunskog FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
