Per Biörling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 14 minutes on the clock, Hans Andreasson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Hans Andreasson kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Alén in the 18th minute of play forced Norra AIK's goalkeeper Per Biörling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Biörling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Alén, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Jelm helped the player get up and apologised. Ulf Jelm hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Per Biörling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Staffan Palmquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Rotorp Reapers were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robin Alén made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Alén in the 54th minute of play forced Norra AIK's goalkeeper Per Biörling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute of the match, Erik Alén tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Per Biörling saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 59 minutes into the match, Rotorp Reapers's Erik Alén sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per Biörling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Erik Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Rönn might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Per Biörling. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Rönn ran back to his position shaking his head. Norra AIK's Per Biörling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Alén in the 71st minute of play. Marcus Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Jelm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Norra AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Alén came free, but Per Biörling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82ndth minute of the game Erik Alén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norra AIK's Per Biörling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Alén in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per Biörling saved Norra AIK from getting behind. Per Biörling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Rönn in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Rotorp Reapers's Erik Alén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per Biörling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. When the match was over Rotorp Reapers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Norra AIK throughout the match.
