A collision led to Adak getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Kenneth Karlsson hit a great ball. Karl-Erik Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Hellström having to interfere. Per Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Dahlman in the 39th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Adak's zone, Andy Dahlman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per Hellström came out of the goal and Andy Dahlman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henric Eskilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Hellström having to interfere. If Andy Dahlman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Örtendahl during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Oskar Örtendahl hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Edvard Blomqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Andy Dahlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Adak players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
