In the 40th minute Egor Merkushev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicklas Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joacim Bergman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Billesholm IFK's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Springfält, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joacim Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicklas Fagrell having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, AIK1891 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Bryngelsson to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Egor Merkushev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicklas Fagrell. AIK1891's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egor Merkushev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After a rather tough play, AIK1891's Boris Bryngelsson got a free kick in the 77th minute. Nicklas Fagrell was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Joacim Bergman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joacim Bergman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. After having played for 89 minutes, Joacim Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Billesholm IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joacim Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
