Stjärnsund's players were relieved. 1-0 became the score in the 18th minute when Erik Mårtensson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lars Beckman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Einar Elg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mats Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Erik Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erik Mårtensson struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Sven-Åke Åström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Västra Vallgatan AIK. In the 33rd minute, Onur Ali Özgunay fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sven-Åke Åström, passed just outside the right post. Erik Mårtensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Åke Åström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Mårtensson ran back to his position shaking his head. Erik Mårtensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Åke Åström having to make a save. With a little luck, Stjärnsund's Sven-Åke Åström got control of the ball when Onur Ali Özgunay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars Beckman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Bo-Erik Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Elg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Åke Åström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erik Mårtensson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bo-Erik Jansson made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Västra Vallgatan AIK's Erik Mårtensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Åke Åström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonas Bivall took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Åke Åström. Sven-Åke Åström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Stjärnsund's Sven-Åke Åström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onur Ali Özgunay in the 67th minute of play. Erik Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Sven-Åke Åström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erik Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes, Melker Sander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stjärnsund and the Västra Vallgatan AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Stjärnsund got a freekick which was hit by Melker Sander. In the 75th minute, Erik Mårtensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, Mats Abrahamsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Onur Ali Özgunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sven-Åke Åström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Stjärnsund's Otto Falck got a free kick in the 86th minute. Erik Mårtensson scored 4-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Åke Åström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the match, Stjärnsund's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Mårtensson came free, but Sven-Åke Åström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Åke Åström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Bivall, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match Onur Ali Özgunay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Åke Åström skillfully saved the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Västra Vallgatan AIK fully deserved thier win.
