The referee gave Dalkurd FF a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by George Smedfeldt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Östra Sönnarslöv's Bengt-Åke Hedin. 0-1. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalkurd FF's George Smedfeldt pulled a muscle in his leg after 95 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Torbjörn Söderlund charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torbjörn Söderlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Östra Sönnarslöv got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Söderlund. Dalkurd FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
