Wincenty Karanowski ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 18 minutes, Gustav Larsfelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorunda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustav Larsfelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erland Dahlman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Felin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sorunda's zone, Kent Beneth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Wallmark came out of the goal and Kent Beneth tried to chip the ball over his head. The referee ignored Sorunda's protests and gave Osvald Lindgren a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Sorunda's Wincenty Karanowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claes Felin. That made the score 0-6 after 90 minutes of play. The Runhällen IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sorunda were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
