Spectators: 7116 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edvard Sander took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the ATI defense, Kasper Nordin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Jonasson. The ATI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Jonasson should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Asmundtorp FF's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Sander came free, but Rune Lilleeng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Karl-Johan Nässén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Rune Lilleeng came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by ATI's Carl Karlsson. But to his dismay, Carl Karlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Asmundtorp FF's Rune Lilleeng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Karlsson in the 17th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, ATI's goal looked a bit too open when Kasper Nordin came free, but Ingvar Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, ATI's Per Klack got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Folke Vallmark made a precise shot to the right of Rune Lilleeng. Asmundtorp FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The supporters of Asmundtorp FF booed when ATI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Rang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josef Eriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Ingvar Jonasson made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Patrik Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st match minute, ATI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elliott Bollström to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Asmundtorp FF getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Björn Odén hit a great ball. ATI's Ingvar Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Nordin in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kasper Nordin in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingvar Jonasson saved ATI from getting behind. Rune Lilleeng made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Edvard Sander sent off a good shot on target. Carl Karlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Rune Lilleeng made a huge save. With a little luck, Asmundtorp FF's Rune Lilleeng got control of the ball when Edvard Sander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ingvar Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Björkdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 72nd minute of the match, Edvard Sander got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rune Lilleeng was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rune Lilleeng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Folke Vallmark went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When Patrik Lindqvist fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATI's protests and gave Patrik Lindqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Asmundtorp FF's Bengt-Åke Vennerström was substituted for Sven-Erik Holmberg. After 78 played minutes ATI got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Lindqvist. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carl Karlsson during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes ATI got a freekick which was hit by Carl Karlsson. In the 82nd minute Kasper Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrik Lindqvist got free with Rune Lilleeng in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The ATI players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
