When Crawford Mclatchey fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veberöd FF's protests and gave Crawford Mclatchey a yellow card for diving instead. Crawford Mclatchey hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. A collision led to 192 Rotan Top Boys getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Evert Lund hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Åke Mattsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Börge Olsson put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Erling Danielsson. In the 17th minute, Rustam Fionov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michel Termander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veberöd FF's Rustam Fionov got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, 192 Rotan Top Boys's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rustam Fionov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anthon Bergendahl was the one to do the kick off. Rustam Fionov might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Johnsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rustam Fionov ran back to his position shaking his head. After 58 played minutes Veberöd FF got a freekick which was hit by Crawford Mclatchey. Johan Lund hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Veberöd FF's Erling Danielsson got control of the ball when Michel Termander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th match minute, 192 Rotan Top Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Bagge to maneuver through the defense. Rustam Fionov struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Hugo Johnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veberöd FF. 78 minutes into the match, Veberöd FF's goal looked a bit too open when Anthon Bergendahl came free, but Erling Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rustam Fionov hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Anthon Bergendahl came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the 192 Rotan Top Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthon Bergendahl couldn't finish the play. The supporters of 192 Rotan Top Boys booed when Veberöd FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmy Erserman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anthon Bergendahl took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erling Danielsson. Veberöd FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The 192 Rotan Top Boys players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
