Olov Holm acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Teo Arnau. 4 minutes into the match, The great blue's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Browall came free, but Olov Holm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, The great blue's Bertil Öberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvar Söderqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Zacarias Piorno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olov Holm was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Billock got free with Olov Holm in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the game, Hagfors Grizzlies's Sebastian Friberger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olov Holm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 23 minutes into the game, Pär Forsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hagfors Grizzlies's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The great blue the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Hagfors Grizzlies:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of The great blue:s goal. Zacarias Piorno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Olov Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Kjellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Fabian Alströmmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Zacarias Piorno came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Hagfors Grizzlies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Piorno couldn't finish the play. Kim Lindberg's late challenge caught a Hagfors Grizzlies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kim Lindberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Kim Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Zacarias Piorno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hagfors Grizzlies's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Piorno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olov Holm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olov Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Piorno, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacarias Piorno was the one to do the kick off. Olov Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Browall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Billock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Olov Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55thth minute of the game Zacarias Piorno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The great blue's Olov Holm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olov Holm came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Hagfors Grizzlies's Zacarias Piorno. But to his dismay, Zacarias Piorno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 63 minutes into the game, Tobias Hermansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hagfors Grizzlies's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The great blue the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Adelsköld in the 66th minute of play forced Hagfors Grizzlies's goalkeeper Alvar Söderqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72nd play minutes Zacarias Piorno shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Olov Holm and just under the crossbar into goal. If Zacarias Piorno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76th minute of the match Teo Arnau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olov Holm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Hagfors Grizzlies's Pär Forsberg got a free kick in the 78th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Hagfors Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Ove Nyström came free, but Alvar Söderqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Billock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Holm having to interfere. Olov Holm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Browall in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Hagfors Grizzlies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Hermansson to maneuver through the defense. If Harald Adelsköld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Sebastian Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Holm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
