Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sven Billström got the match started through his kick off. Niklas Olsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Billström's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, Mellösa BF's Benjamin Kråk got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes, IF Benknäckarna's Svante Danielsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patric Alegren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in IF Benknäckarna reached it. In the 18th minute, Bo-Erik Bergdal made a precise shot to the right of Patric Alegren. Mellösa BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Hubert Boberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo-Erik Bergdal in the 32nd minute of play forced Mellösa BF's goalkeeper Patric Alegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in IF Benknäckarna's zone, Sven Billström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Olsson came out of the goal and Sven Billström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Verdes in the 42nd minute of play forced IF Benknäckarna's goalkeeper Niklas Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hubert Hagström hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bo-Erik Bergdal was the one to do the kick off. Anton Holmberg hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Hubert Hagström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Patric Alegren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the match, Bo-Erik Bergdal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patric Alegren. Mellösa BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo-Erik Bergdal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 70 minutes of play, IF Benknäckarna's Hubert Boberg made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patric Alegren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niklas Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Billström in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, IF Benknäckarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Boberg to maneuver through the defense. After 81 minutes, Sven-Erik Bergendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IF Benknäckarna and the Mellösa BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sven-Erik Bergendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Patric Alegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Boberg in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, IF Benknäckarna's Michel Asserlind nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patric Alegren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 92 minutes into the match, Mellösa BF's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Boberg came free, but Patric Alegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubert Hagström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patric Alegren having to interfere. There was no doubt that IF Benknäckarna were the better team. IF Benknäckarna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
