After some careless play in the TSC Young Boys defense, Walter Deckbergh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Hansson. The TSC Young Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Hansson should have stopped the shot. If Christer Beck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edwin Helström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Walter Deckbergh notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of TSC Young Boys's Felix Hansson. Lycke's Edwin Helström got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Felix Hansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Helström in the 52nd minute of the match. Edwin Helström succeeded in the game's 56th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. After having played for 65 minutes, Edwin Helström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lycke's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Helström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Helström in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Hansson saved TSC Young Boys from getting behind. Edwin Helström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Hansson having to interfere. When Walter Deckbergh came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Lycke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Deckbergh couldn't finish the play. Felix Hansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Deckbergh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Hansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walter Deckbergh's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Felix Hansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Deckbergh, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Leonardo Lennartsson hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Max Skarkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Hansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lycke. There was no doubt that Lycke were the better team. Lycke's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
