The supporters of BK Grus booed when Lavsjön IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isac Magnusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt Kilström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Valström having to interfere. With a little luck, Lavsjön IK's Rudolf Wahlnäs got control of the ball when Åke Dusett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erik Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Kilström in the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, BK Grus's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Kilström came free, but Erik Valström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BK Grus were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Lavsjön IK to leave the ground with a draw.
