In the 3rd minute Melker Ekerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Oskar Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was beautiful to see FC Doolma's Per-Arne Björklund in action when he in the 9th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Sven-Oskar Överman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilhelm Åberg having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, FC Doolma's goal looked a bit too open when Melker Ekerot came free, but Per-Oskar Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Smedby boik were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after FC Doolma's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arvin Falkrans took the corner. The corner ended in Arvin Falkrans almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Doolma's Per-Oskar Lund did a great save. In the 19th match minute, Smedby boik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Wenerdahl to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 24 minutes, Per-Arne Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Doolma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Arne Björklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th match minute, Smedby boik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Bogren to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Oskar Överman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilhelm Åberg having to make a save. Per-Arne Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilhelm Åberg having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Sven-Oskar Överman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Smedby boik's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Arne Björklund came free, but Wilhelm Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes Smedby boik's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walter Örtendahl who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Falkrans in the 40th minute of play forced FC Doolma's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Smedby boik's Wilhelm Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Arne Björklund in the 44th minute of play. If Melker Ekerot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Smedby boik's Emil Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th match minute, Smedby boik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Wenerdahl to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Överman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Melker Ekerot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Oskar Lund having to interfere. Emil Holmberg hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Smedby boik's zone, Sven-Oskar Överman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Åberg came out of the goal and Sven-Oskar Överman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sven-Oskar Överman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melker Ekerot took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per-Oskar Lund. Per-Oskar Lund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Melker Ekerot hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Per-Arne Björklund came free in the 85th minute and tried to tip the ball over Wilhelm Åberg, but to the joy of Smedby boik's supporters the ball went over. With his leg Per-Oskar Lund managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Smedby boik's Emil Holmberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Erling Barck took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Per-Oskar Lund to make any attempt to save it. FC Doolma's Per-Oskar Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Ekerot in the 94th minute of play. Sven-Oskar Överman kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Chants of Smedby boik echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as FC Doolma had held the ball for most of the match.
