Stenungsund's Edgar Hjälm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Dalman in the 7th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Mats Ekerot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Långt-Inkast Pojkarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Mats Ekerot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Hjälm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mats Ekerot took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Hjälm. Edgar Hjälm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 15th minute Sven-Erik Uggla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ekström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Dalman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Hjälm having to interfere. Stenungsund's Edgar Hjälm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Dalman in the 22nd minute of play. Fabian Dalman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Hjälm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mats Ekerot in the 34th minute. If Fabian Dalman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute, August Kihlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stenungsund fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Stenungsund's zone, Fabian Dalman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Hjälm came out of the goal and Fabian Dalman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when August Kihlberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Hjälm came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Långt-Inkast Pojkarna's Fabian Dalman. But to his dismay, Fabian Dalman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 66th minute, Linus Landin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stenungsund's Edgar Hjälm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Ekerot in the 68th minute of play. If Fabian Dalman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute Fabian Dalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Hjälm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Ekerot in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Hjälm saved Stenungsund from getting behind. If Mats Ekerot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Mats Ekerot came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Långt-Inkast Pojkarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Ekerot couldn't finish the play. August Kihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed August Kihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Stenungsund got a freekick which was hit by August Kihlberg. Mats Ekerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Fabian Dalman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mats Ekerot took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Hjälm. Edgar Hjälm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.
