After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vretarna Boys! Hans Karlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Albin Forsell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Filip Kollberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roger Spets. That made the score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. When Filip Kollberg came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Vretarna Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Kollberg couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Vretarna Boys getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Magne Billing hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilbert Brask in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hans Karlsson saved Vretarna Boys from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Filip Kollberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 34th minute Albin Forsell suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roland Söderqvist during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vretarna Boys's Allan Hellsing was substituted for Albin Forsell. After 35 played minutes Ringarums IF got a freekick which was hit by Roland Söderqvist. If Filip Kollberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Filip Kollberg made the kick off in the second half. Allan Hellsing might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Spets. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Allan Hellsing ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Hellsing in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Spets saved Ringarums IF from getting behind. Allan Hellsing scored 3-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Spets, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Filip Kollberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vretarna Boys's Gunnar Nyberg got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes of play Ringarums IF's Roland Söderqvist was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 63rd match minute, Ringarums IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Söderqvist to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Hök sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roger Spets didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Kollberg went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Filip Kollberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gunnar Nyberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roger Spets having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Kollberg in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Spets prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute Vretarna Boys were awarded a corner. Filip Kollberg went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ringarums IF's goalie and right to Stefan Hök. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ringarums IF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 85th minute, Allan Hellsing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Spets was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 88 minutes into the game, Petter Kiempe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ringarums IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vretarna Boys the free kick. Petter Kiempe kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Nils Lindqvist's late challenge caught a Vretarna Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils Lindqvist helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Ringarums IF got a freekick which was hit by Nils Lindqvist. Filip Kollberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
