The audience was convinced that Wiktor Söderström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zinon Papaiakovou was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Girl Football Club's Zinon Papaiakovou threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wiktor Söderström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 39 minutes into the match, Syrianska FC's Roger Bohlin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Erik Forsman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 78 played minutes Syrianska FC got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Josefsson. 87 minutes into the match, Girl Football Club's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Forsman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tommy Kruuse. In the 93rd minute, Tommy Kruuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Syrianska FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
