The crowd rose to their feet as Valhall XI's Peter Alebom slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dan Ekgren. That made the score 0-2 after 56 minutes of play. Johannes Apelqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dan Ekgren made a huge save. Dan Ekgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Zachrisson in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, John Vallin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valhall XI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 67th minute, Valhall XI's Stig-Åke Lindgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dan Ekgren. Dan Ekgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Johannes Apelqvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Dan Ekgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Alebom got free with Dan Ekgren in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Valhall XI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Batman FC throughout the match.
