Spectators: 7192 (Terracing: 5395, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kristian Strandberg started the match with the kick off. Arvin Wallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Ström having to interfere. Emanuel Ström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Olof Hellqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Olof Hellqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Emanuel Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Arvin Wallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Jonas Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Överlida fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Bjärred. Samuel Bröms stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emanuel Ström. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Albohm during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tord Albohm kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Emanuel Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Hedström in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Bjärred's Per-Olof Hellqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Ström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 38 played minutes Överlida got a freekick which was hit by Albin Ahlkvist. When Christian Larsson fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Överlida's protests and gave Christian Larsson a yellow card for diving instead. Christian Larsson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute of the match Samuel Bröms shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Ström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Christian Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Emanuel Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvin Wallgren in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Bjärred were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Per-Olof Hellqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Per-Olof Hellqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emanuel Ström came out and tried to block the shot, but Per-Olof Hellqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 54th minute. Arvin Wallgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albin Ahlkvist scored 1-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Eklund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Överlida's Emanuel Ström got control of the ball when Arvin Wallgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Sven Bergdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjärred's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Överlida the free kick. In the 74thth minute of the game Per-Olof Hellqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Överlida's Emanuel Ström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Arvin Wallgren came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Bjärred fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvin Wallgren couldn't finish the play. Arvin Wallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Emanuel Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Per-Olof Hellqvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Ström. That made the score 1-5 in the 84 minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bjärred's goalkeeper Alex Eklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Överlida's zone, Per-Olof Hellqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Ström came out of the goal and Per-Olof Hellqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Ström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arvin Wallgren went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Göran Sjöö hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Göran Sjöö charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Sjöö the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bjärred's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
